History

College of St. Joseph is a small, private liberal arts institution located in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains. Founded in 1956, the College is home to a diverse community of more than 300 students taking part in more than 30 academic programs, with a family-like campus environment and unparalleled faculty-student interaction.

CSJ offers eight varsity programs, with new athletic opportunities being added each year.

In 2016, the College announced that it would be joining five other institutions in a newly formed, dual association conference within the NAIA. The Northeast Intercollegiate Athletics Conference will begin competition in fall 2017.
